What is the impact on quality of care or population health by integrating service to reduce cardio-metabolic risks of diabetes patients?

Implementing the recommendations in NICE clinical guideline 87 has a large positive impact on the quality of care. Additionally NHS Greenwich adds training to fill any gaps identified by the evidence provided in CG87.

There is evidence of improved cardiovascular control through:
-   Improved % blood pressure control
-   Improved % cholesterol control
-   Improved % HbA1c control
